Throughout his career Taylor has focused his attention on Tenant Representation, Acquisition and Disposition of properties, and Investment Sales. Taylor has handled site selection and represented national chains such as Blockbuster Video, Tuesday Morning, Dollar Tree, Sonic Restaurants, Payless Shoes, Radio Shack, Schlotzsky’s Deli, Papa John’s Pizza and Village Inn, PetsMart and Wendy’s.
In addition to site acquisition for national retailers, Taylor and his team have handled the disposition of real estate and facilities for Target, Albertson’s, ShopKo, Petsmart, Linens N’ Things, Rite Aid, Wells Fargo, Fred Meyer, Smith’s, and many local Landlords and Developers.
